PRESS

Our advanced facility houses top-of-the-line equipment, including a 7-colour Heidelberg UV Offset Machine with inline coater, imported from Germany, and a 10-colour Gallus UV Flexo printing machine from Switzerland. These cutting-edge machines empower us to print on an extensive range of substrates, including Met-PET and Speciality Boards, opening up a world of creative possibilities for your packaging and printing needs. With the capability to print on substrates with GSM ranging from 40 to 400, we ensure exceptional quality and versatility in every project. Post-Press

At Global, we go beyond printing to provide an array of embellishments and convert printed sheets into mesmerizing cartons and labels. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with a range of advanced post-press equipment, including varnishing, UV coating, blister medium coating, lamination, automatic die cutting, hot foil stamping, E/G flute corrugation and high-speed folder gluer machines. These cutting-edge technologies allow us to add captivating finishing touches and enhance the visual appeal of your packaging.

One of our main objectives is to ensure the production of high-quality packaging products. With this commitment in mind, we have invested in vision inspection systems for both labels production and carton production. These systems enable us to achieve unparalleled precision and meticulous quality control, ensuring that every single item that leaves our facility meets the highest standards.

Quality Control

In our quality department, we have invested in essential equipment such as a GSM scale, a light booth, scuff resistance tester, and blister seal tester. These instruments enable us to rigorously test and ensure the quality and integrity of every product that leaves our facility.

Our Sustainability efforts

Global Printing is proud to be at the forefront of sustainable practices in the printing industry.

One of our key initiatives is the addition of solar panels on our rooftop. This forward-thinking move allows us to harness the power of renewable energy, enabling us to meet 40% of our energy consumption through clean and sustainable sources. By leveraging solar power, we significantly reduce our carbon footprint and contribute to a greener future.

In line with our sustainability efforts, we have also established an STP/ETP (Sewage Treatment Plant/Effluent Treatment Plant) with a capacity of 10 KLD (Kilo Liters per Day) for treating waste generated during our operations. This state-of-the-art facility efficiently treats and manages our waste, ensuring that it meets the necessary standards and minimizes any adverse impact on the environment. We are also equipped with a rainwater harvesting tank of capacity 1 lakh liters.
